This modular online-training enables you to market yourself actively, attractively and in line with your own skills in a professional context and to present yourself in a targeted manner.
You will learn to recognize your own strengths/competencies and to name them both in personal contact and for your social media presence. You will reflect on yourself as well as your previous selfmarketing approach, and define your personal self-marketing goals.
Small talk and strategic coffee drinking are introduced, reflected on together and practised in small groups. All participants present their personally developed elevator pitch to the group in the last session.
In addition, you will also focus intensively on the topic of networking by reflecting on your own contacts and developing a strategy for
expanding and maintaining this network.

Please note that you must attend all three dates to participate. It is not possible to attend just one date as the content builds on each other.

Method: This interactive online-training focus on experience learning. Active exchange within the audience and in break out sessions are part of experience learning. There is also an exchange at peer level between the individual online sessions with corresponding tasks.
