Submission deadline
The workshop will be organized as a symposium, with keynote and invited speakers as well as contributed talks. There will be a poster session and a young scientist session, as well. We welcome short abstracts of current work.
The topics to be considered will include:
- Structural and energy materials
- Materials in harsh environments
- Interfaces of architectured materials
- In situ/operando characterization
- Computational science of interfaces
- Advances in methodology and informatics
Please provide a short abstract, not exceeding 400 words, describing the main aspects of your research. You may also add one figure. Abstracts will be published with the workshop program.
Please also provide a preference for your research presentation method: As a talk or as a poster. If you are a young scientist, which we define as still being student (BSc., MSc. or PhD) or you have finished your PhD within the last twelve month from the symposium, i.e. not earlier than 19.11.2023, you are eligible to enter the young scientist session, which will be competing for a best talk award. In this case, be sure to check the young scientist option. We will ask for proof after review and abstract acceptance. The final decisions will be made by the organizing committee.
