Helmholtz AI ChatGPT Workshop for PhD Coordinators

Are you familiar with ChatGPT but haven't had the opportunity to fully explore its capabilities? Have you found it challenging to maximize its potential due to a lack of time and guidance?
This workshop aims to help you unleash the power of ChatGPT and similar tools based on Large Language Models (LLMs), by enhancing outputs through prompt engineering techniques. Designed specifically for science managers, the workshop will focus on exploring custom ChatGPT models for everyday tasks. The purpose is to equip coordinators with the skills to use AI for their needs and to understand the tools their PhD students use or may need. Additionally, we will discuss the use of AI to prescreen applications, create presentations, and enhance graphic design.

Target audience
This course is for Helmholtz PhD coordinators who are new to ChatGPT and/or are seeking to engage in discussions on best practices, potential pitfalls, and limitations. Neither prior knowledge nor programming experience is needed.

The workshop will be highly interactive, with input from our Helmholtz AI colleagues (see below). You will have an opportunity and time to test what we learn in hands-on sessions intermingled with discussion.
