We cordially invite you to the conference of the Helmholtz Metadata Collaboration (HMC) 2024. Be part of a growing community and exchange ideas with other experts and interested parties!
The HMC conference will take place for the third time and will be held as a virtual event from 4-6 November 2024 (9:00-17:00 CEST). The conference is aimed at scientists, data professionals, software developers, users and generally anyone who wants or needs to deal with metadata.
The HMC conference gives all participants the opportunity to
- Present the latest developments and achievements in the field of metadata
- Learn about the latest developments and challenges in the field of metadata in different research areas
- Exchange about the creation of high-quality metadata, technical solutions and applications in an interdisciplinary environment
- Network with national and international colleagues
- Hear about metadata examples and success stories
- Gain practical experience
Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference will focus on TALKS and POSTERs&PITCHes. Day 3 is reserved for interactive formats such as workshops, tutorials, trainings, and demonstrations.
