Submission deadline
You can submit your abstract for a presentation or a poster contribution. Please sign in via Helmholtz AAI using your FZJ credentials.
However, few spots are available for presentations. Therefore, the organising committee will make a selection among all the presentation contributions and will inform all the applicants accordingly.
The poster session will be held on the gather.town platform.
Posters must be provided as PNG with an appropriate resolution* (e.g. 2667x1500 px) and the following nomenclature: <last_name>-<short_title>.png. We recommend using a graphical abstract (see template here) as poster. During the poster presentation you can show additional information (e.g. 3-4 additional power point slides) by sharing your screen. In a thumbnail preview just the upper part of the image will be visible for everyone who passing by your poster, see screenshot below. Use this area to make them curious!
*E.g., In Powerpoint use File/Export... to save your slide as PNG. Change the resolution to 2667x1500 and save it as
<last_name>-<short_tilte>.png
