Abstract Submission Instructions
We are looking forward to your contributions to our PhD Meetup!
Here is a short overview of the things you may want to know when submitting the abstract for your poster or Barcamp topic.
Contribution types
- Poster: Posters in an A0 format will be exhibited during the designated poster session on day 1 in our HIDA Hub.
- Barcamp Topic: In the Bar Camp, you can contribute a topic you would like to discuss with others and thus actively shape the agenda of the PhD Meetup as the topics will be democratically decided on by everyone on the spot on day 2 of our meetup. Potential topics you could suggest may, for instance, evolve around data science methods, about you working in an interdisciplinary setting or your life as a PhD.
Length of Abstract
The length of the abstract is limited to 300 words.
Language
Contributions are welcome in English only.
Procedure
You can hand in an abstract for your Poster, for your Barcamp topic(s), or both. In case you want to hand in several abstracts, please hand them in separately. This means, that for each abstract you submit, you have to select a contribution type and state an individual title. Please use the "comment" section to enter your abstract.
NOTE: THE DEADLINE FOR POSTERS HAS PASSED
Barcamp topics can be submitted until the day before our meetup (June 5, 2024).
If you have any questions, please contact us: hida-courses@helmholtz.de!
