Implementing good research data management (RDM) practices requires some knowledge of legal aspects. In this course, we would like to help you understand the law in the context of RDM, especially data protection and copyright law. We will teach you other relevant standards: scientific ethics and good scientific practices (GSP / GWP). And we will help you establish legal certainty when publishing and archiving your research data.
