In this hands-on training, participants will get to know agile methods and frameworks and apply them directly through exercises. In this training, participants will discover how to integrate agile methods into everyday work, helping become more efficient, organized, and flexible in their approach.

This training is designed for anyone working in cross-functional teams, looking to streamline their research projects and academic work, and improve team collaboration. It is also ideal for researchers working independently on their dissertation, who want to use agile methods to structure their work and boost productivity.

In detail:

  • Analysis of project or scientific work using a retrospective
  • Introduction to agility and Scrum
  • Presentation of suitable agile methods and frameworks for optimizing self-organization and work processes
  • Application of relevant methods to current projects or scientific work (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Exchange of ideas, insights, and best practices for practical transfer
  • Improvement of time management, self-organization, prioritization, and meeting culture
